NegEnt Respiro is a CE-marked medical device for aerosol therapy that uses a water-soluble micellar emulsion (Terpenololo), formulated as drops and patented by Prof. Tullio Scrimali. Its active ingredient is micellar cannabidiol derived from industrial-variety Cannabis Sativa L. biomass.
